One of our "inquiring-minds" friends had some quesitons for Ben about the Timeless, Spaceless Place.
I.M: Are there 'levels" or 'dimensions" between Timeless-Spaceless Place and 'our reality"? What are they? Where do we go in dreams/meditations/hypnosis? And do you still have human emotions?
DW: Ben? Want to answer this?
BEN: But of course.
D: Are you smiling condescendingly?
BEN: But of course. And I'm talking with a fake Fwench accent.
D: You think you are so smart, just because you're dead.
BEN: But of course.
D: Knock it off and just answer the question.
BEN: I'm making you laugh, huh?
D: But of course.
BEN: But to answer your question, I.M. It isn't like a department store where the housewares are on one floor and the furniture is on another and lingerie is on another. Things don't divide that neatly once you're outside of time and space.
Religious people who make up a lot of rules have categories and geography of the afterlife. They made up heaven and hell and then they started worrying about people who weren't good enough for heaven or bad enough for hell so they made up purgatory and limbo. All very contrived. Once you're out of your body you're where you need to be. You are summoned by the energy of the souls that you need to meet up with. You still have free will and you have input on what happens next even though it happens in cooperation with other beings.
Any time you are out of your body, whether it's by death, dream, meditation, NDE or OBE it's the same. You don't actually go anywhere. You just merge with the energy that you need to connect with. If that energy represents itself as a big bowl of chocolate pudding that you need to swan dive into, then that's where you are.
You're free from a lot of human emotions because you are free from your body which causes a lot of emotions. You know how you hate it when somebody jostles you in the grocery store line. And even more so when somebody intentionally does something to hurt you. That doesn't happen here. And we don't worry about things we used to think were important. But we can still get pumped up on positive energy.
I.N: Are there any 'theocratic bands" out there? I heard of 'theocrats" building little fake heavens and snatching newly deceased souls to worship them (especially religious ones - but it can be sports clubs or rock-group fan-clubs in heaven too!) ...Is it true?
BEN: Theocratic bands? Sounds like heavy metal Christian rock. Actually, it's like demons. Things exist because people manifest them. If you believe in heaven but don't think you're worthy to go there you can create someone or something to detour you. People do that sometimes. But it only lasts until they get the idea that the religion they learned in their physical lives no longer applies. I shudder to think how many devout fundamentalist Christians are being waylaid and abducted by bands of Muslim communist, fascist, socialist atheists who look exactly like President Obama. They will be held captive until they get a sense of humor.
